Wow. Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I can't help but wonder where the time has gone. As we have bounced from season to season, deadline to deadline, to-do lists to shopping lists, we have never forgotten the amazing clients who take the journey with us. And so, at a time of year when wedding season is wrapping up, I find myself especially nostalgic for each and every one of you who have - in some form or another - come into our lives, stopped us in our tracks, and have shared your deep love for life and each other with us...for every moment, every bit of laughter, every joyful tear we are grateful. We have so many weddings and portrait sessions to share with you and look forward to doing so in the coming months. I am so excited to peek back to August and share with you Kelly & David's Denver wedding. They are the type of people that you are immediately drawn to upon first meeting. They have a type of endearment for one another that exudes a sweet bliss. They sit high on cloud 9 - you can see it in every glance and every action. In short, these two are a perfect pair. Kelly & David were married in David's parents' backyard with a reception to follow at the Brown Palace. The stunning ceremony site was rivaled only by the stunning decore (and of course, Miss Kelly herself!). A big thanks to the ladies over at Plum Sage for the gorgeous floral and Kara at PickMe Events for her tireless dedication in coordinating the big day. Now on to the fun! Kelly's make-up by the uber-talented Jessica Shineyda of the the Face Lab. If you are getting married in 2010 - call her!
Loved loved loved Kelly's Romona Keveza gown.
Ceremony anticipation - she is just stunning.
Post-ceremony bliss!
My favorite of the day.
I was so amazed by all of their guests - both family and friends showed true joy for the couple.
Ahhh - true indicators of a dance well-danced!
Kelly & David - Thank you for sharing your big day with us. I am so amazed by your way with each other and your big hearts for the people in your lives. You make what we do so very special and for that, I am grateful. Wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving! Katie |
