A very happy birthday to our darlin’ Jenna!

(author’s note: she’d probably kill me for posting this, as any of you that know Jenna well, know that she hates her birthday…always has. But cake and candles aside, this gal is turning another year wonderful today. And for her, we are grateful!)

Jenna – thank you sister …know, today, that you are a beautiful mother, wife, artist, businesswoman – a best friend. You remind us to find the substance in everything. To seek authenticity – in ourselves, in others, in life. You never stop dancing, even when the music grows quiet. You find beauty in imperfection, stillness in the noise. You remind us that life is a labor of love, or nothing at all. You can giggle cry with the best of them. You are a mover and a shaker, always striving to do more, be more, give more. We love that about you!

And so may your birthday be that perfect kind of day – the kind of dirt road, front porch swing kind of day where time stands still just long enough to feel awake and alive. And cake, let there be cake! And perhaps a good margarita or two…
